Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless you select an annual plan. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying. By providing payment information, you authorize the Company to charge your payment method for subscription fees and any other charges incurred through your account.

Billing and Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods, except as required by law.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is received. We are not responsible for service interruptions due to payment failures.

AI engines change their algorithms frequently, and our monitoring may lag behind actual changes. You should not rely solely on our reports for critical business decisions.

No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGenIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
